FOR PR/MARKETING PROFESSIONALS: Submitting a company profile link is free - links are verified before they are entered into our database, but providing you follow these instructions your company profile could be in front of journalists within 24 hours.

First, find the category which best describes your company, then click on the 'Add profile' link at the top or bottom of each page.

You will then be prompted to enter the URL of your company profile - please ensure this link is the address of the profile itself and NOT the home page of either the company or public relations operation representing the company.

For example, your company website address could be http://www.mycompanyweb.com, but the URL of your company profile (and this is the address you should enter) may be http://www.mycompanyweb.com/aboutmycompany.html

If you do not have a company profile online then a home page/public relations URL is acceptable, but consider filing your company profile with us so journalists and search engines can find it here.

When you have entered the URL, our database will attempt to 'spider' the page and automatically gather relevant information, such as its name and any keywords associated with it. You will be able to edit these details before your entry is submitted.

You will also be asked to enter a brief synopsis of the company profile - this is almost certainly the most important part of your entry. Journalists visiting the ClickProfiles site are looking for story leads, new angles, fresh ideas, etc, so ensure this synopsis contains information that is brief and relevent enough to encourage them to take a longer look at your company profile.

During the submission process you will be asked to select a password - make a note of this as you will need it if you want to modify your listing or erase it from our database in the future.

Please be patient once you have made your submission. We will notify you if your submission has been succesful and most links are verified and added to the database within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us and your llink does not appear in the database, feel free to re-submit it two weeks after your first submission. If it still doesn't show up in the database it could be that it doesn't meet the site's requirements - drop us a line if you would like us to clarify this.
